Comments:

 

1. The connection information is out of band.

 

2. Avoid use of "account". I will refer to it as a provisioning object from here on.

 

3. Only need the provisioning object identifier (PSTID) to identify the object to delete.

 

4. Don't see the need for line 215.

 

5. Don't need steps 1 and 2 on lines 217 and 218.

 

6. Don't need step 7 on line 223.

 

7. Do we need to support a synchronous model?

 

8. Do we need to support partial completion status?
