[provision] WSDL and SPML

On last weeks con-call we discussed including a WSDL definition for an SPML compliant provisioning service.  I’d like to kick-off a discussion to pick up from where we left off:

 

1.     Should the PSTC include a sample WSDL definition in some form of deployment & recommendations section of the finished specification?

2.     If so, should we employ a process or document model?
