F2F details are now set and confirmed.  If everyone, planning to attend, can provide me with their contact information and days attending (14th & 15th) as soon as possible, I would really appreciate it so I can provide this to the conference center by May 5th.  The price of the room is still the same @ $129.00/night.

 

Continental Breakfast is scheduled for 7:30 a.m. each day

Morning Session:  8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Working Lunch:  12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Afternoon Session (5/14) 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (or later)

Afternoon Session (5/15) 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (or when people plan to leave)

 

I am also looking for opinions on dinner options for the 14th evening.  What do people like to eat?

The Evite poll for F2F#2 dates closed somewhat inconclusively.  The May 14/15 date won out (just).  We will therefore be holding this meeting Tuesday 14^th and Wednesday 15^th in Irvine/Orange County. Business Layers is sponsoring the event and has proposed the Hilton Irvine/Orange County as the event.  Details of the location can be found in [1].

 

I'll take a first pass at an agenda.  The main focus of the meeting will be to get (near) final draft status on the use cases and requirements and start to translate these into a working outline for the specification.

 

Please make your best effort to attend.  Just lately, our progress has slowed somewhat.  These events are a great opportunity to really move the effort forward. 

 

If you intend to attend, please let either myself or Gavenraj Sodhi know as soon as you do.
