The core schema that I put out for review included definitions for the extended request and extended response operations. These where intended as place holders so that when I worked on the asynchronous request/response schema, I would have the full set of operations to refer to. Conrad from MSFT took an action item to take a stab at. Conrad or any one else if free to propose the syntax for these operations to the group. Whatever the group decides on will then replace what is in the current schema.
