- Discussed exceptions for containment.  Can specify which schema 
elements can be container but nothing to say can put an account under 
org  but not account under a account.  This would be covered by using 
the specific containment  exception

- Reference capability.  Freshed out in the 14 draft.  The 13 draft had 
missed the reference capability schema data . This has been added.  Jeff 
noticed a missing RefDataType (was sit) that he will include in the next 
rev.  Gary to work example and description into the next core release.

- All the big issues from the current top level draft are not at least 
under way.  Wider team needs to get "busy eyes" on the next rev of 
schema and core as there might be very near to CS candidate status.

- Jeff is working on the V1 schema binding doc and will draft the XSD 
binding doc.

- Will likely move to weekly calls at the next meeting.
