	We probably need to talk about how we're organizing things, because I think we have different interpretations about the uses of the document folders on the OASIS site. Here are mine:

Calendar Documents - Announcements of events and other time-related things.
Meeting Notes - Preliminary, and final, minutes of meetings.
Standards - Official OASIS standards under development by this committee.

...and still to come
Contributions - Submissions by members of relevant other material, such as other standards
Work Items - Supporting work-in-progress, such as diagrams, notes (other than meeting notes), code and model fragments, ingredients of what will become official OASIS standards documents (that would end up in the "Standards" folder.


If we come to agreement early on the uses of the folders, then we'll avoid a big mess later (and not much later, at that).

Having said that, I think we can also streamline our processes around meetings. Peter and I agree that we are creating unnecessary extra work by having informal meeting minutes being recorded on the Wiki, then creating an entirely different document as formal meeting minutes as .doc and .html files. I would urge us to save a step by simply editing the wiki notes, which will then constitute the minutes for participants to review. No uploading needed. If we adopt this approach, then we wouldn't even need the "Meeting Notes" folder, since the wiki would contain all of those.

I suggest we spend a bit of time on tomorrow's call nailing down all of the above. As a result, we can also decide where to put the Chinese translation of the charter.
