Further consider that we were supposed to meet last week to make final decision
and we deferred the
meeting in respect of your request to defer due to your inability to attend due
to religious/family comittments.
We deferred the meeting til this Monday so *YOU* could attend but you did not.
We then set a deadline
for final recommendations to be the following day giving yet another extra 24
hours.

His last update in response to team comments was made on Sep 15

And we gave until Sep 25 for any additional comments. None came until now. The
final proposal included the main concern that had been articulated by you and
Dan as clearly as possible.

I feel comfortable that the team gave a fair consideration to your concerns
despite the fact the Lisa had clearly stated that just because it overlaps with
UDDI does not mean we should not go forward with it. There is overwhelming
concensus in the team
that this is a sound proposal and that we should go forward with it.

What would you like to have seen done differently as far as a fair and due
diligence based team process? I am open to suggestions for future improvement.
