Title: Core Components Specification 1.8 Comments
Joe,
Thanks
to you and others in the cc-review team for this excellent
review.
During
your review, did you attempt to catalog the "special things"
that
Registry needs to do to support CC? The need for a UID
is an example.
I am
greatly interested in seeing such a list.
CPA
has some needs for registry too. Business processes will be
advertised
in
registry too per eb architecture. Since registry is a central element of ebXML
architecture,
I am
wondering aloud whether there is value in creating a "ebXML-architecture
support"
document (OK, I am not volunteering, at least not
yet:-)) that captures what it takes to support
CPPA,
CC, and BPSS "natively" using ebXML registry. Does the ebXML
architecture
group
(ebTWG) has any such document?
Thanks,
-Suresh
