Or, should the ebXML Registry require application developers to figure out how best to utilize the intrinsic registry characteristics to support their applications. If the registry by design leaves vertical (industry specific) content definition to other standards, why would it define a native content/logic system? Doesn't that invalidate the principle of payload neutrality?
