RE: [regrep] OASIS symposium - ACTION required!

We already have rooms reserved for our face-to-face meeting (set up a
couple months ago and communicated in e-mail).  Here is a summary of the
confirmation info, including room set-up:

Meeting Name:	OASIS ebXML Registry TC  
Date:			Wednesday, 10 May and Thursday, 11 May    
Times:   		1:30 - 5:00    
Audio Visual:   	Screen, LCD Projector    
Room Set:   	Boardroom
Phone:   		Speaker Phone
 

As noted above, we will have a speaker phone available.  I still need to
set up telecon numbers.  We also need to think about other TCs we would
like to meet with, or other folks who will be there that we would like
to meet with.  

I will also be posting info to our home page in the next couple of days.

Have we decided which day(s) we will have our team f2f? If we arrange it
towards the end of the week we are likely to maximize attendance because
the following week is Java ONE which some of us will be attending.

My preference is that for a 1 day f2f we have it on Friday and for a 2
day f2f to have it on Thu and Friday.
