Subject: Re: License for relaxng.sourceforge.net
After reading the SourceForge terms of service, it is clear that everything on the site has to use an OSI-approved source license (or a license approved by SF); however, it's not clear if SourceForge requires that everything use the source license that we specified when applying for the project. However, if each contributor to the test suite uses a difference license, then it's going to make life difficult for users of the test suite, at least for those users with careful lawyers that want to review all the applicable licenses. Is there some reason we can't keep things simple and use the MIT license for everything? --On 28 June 2001 18:07 -0700 Kohsuke KAWAGUCHI <kohsuke.kawaguchi@eng.sun.com> wrote: > > I need the clarification of the license applied to test cases > contributed to the relaxng project at SourceForge. > > Specifically, is it possible for individual contributor to specify its > own license for their test case/suite?
