Dear PKCS11/KMIP RSA Interop Team,
A member of the Interop Team has requested we expand this year's demo by allowing the two member companies on our waiting list to participate. To be clear, this would increase the total number of participants in our 20x20 booth from 12 to 14.
More participants would show greater support for the standards and bring in beneficial perspectives; however, space constraints within the booth would increase. Since you all signed up with the understanding of a 12-vendor scenario, in good faith, OASIS will not add vendors unless all current participants approve. If even one company does not approve, OASIS will honor our initial commitment to a 12-vendor maximum.
Each participating company is asked to let me know via email by 28 Nov if you approve or disapprove adding two member companies to the booth. (If your company does not respond by 28 Nov, we will assume you approve.)
We'll inform the TC of the outcome, but each company's vote will remain confidential.
We will be available for questions prior to the 28 Nov deadline, so please feel free to reach out to us.
