Issues created in JIRA

Dear TC members,

Hopefully you have noticed by your email being filled up with automated emails from the JIRA system that I have taken all of the issues from the contributed issues document and created a corresponding issue in the JIRA issue tracking system.  Please take the time to review each of the issues and add comments as you see appropriate.  The intent is to start looking at each of the issues in detail in the upcoming TC meeting on January 12.  So, please take the time to look at each issue in detail and be prepared to discuss them.  If you have an interest in working on a particular issue, please be prepared to offer your efforts to work on that issue.
