Hi Stavros,

I think Mike will be there, too. Broadly, we should probably use the doc that we’ve been developing (or a derivative of it). I’m fine doing any section. Perhaps:

Mike: Brief comment on history and importance slide 2 (or slides 2-5). Introduce Jeff on phone, Stavros, Paul, etc.

Stavros: 6-12 the scenario

Paul: 13-15: benefits/importance and call to action (work register)

Q&A: Jeff/Stavros/all

Jeff: I think you still have the pen for this doc. I happened to notice that slides 15 and 16 need to be changed. 15 should probably just refer to the work register and refer to SAF/CMWG liaison (not SAF/DMTF liaison) and we could show the document. Slide 16 links are stale.

REGRETS ON MEETING ON 9/27. I can’t attend.

Hi all,

We need to discuss and decide on a couple of things before the DMTF CMWG F2F meeting (6-7 Oct):

- Presentation (focus, scope, call to action, etc)

o We could use the usual slidedeck with the DMTF changes Jeff (?) made last time (perhaps with some fine tuning)

o Must be in OASIS template and approved before we go there! I.e. ballot next Monday!

- Presenters!

o Paul and me will be there

o Need to arrange presentation style

o How we do the call to action (drum rolling, fireworks, James Horner soundtrack, etc)

- AOB??
