History of SAML Metadata

Hi,

I am researching the History of SAML Metadata. [1]

Jeff Hodges was nice enough to provide a pointer to this announcement
regarding the Liberty ID-FF 1.2 contribution to OASIS:

Unfortunately, the links to the Liberty metadata documents in that
announcement are broken. Jeff provided an alternative link to the spec
[2] but I haven't been able to find a copy of the XSD file.

Since [3] is broken, does anyone know where I may find that resource?
