OASIS press release to announce SARIF TC

OASIS is drafting a press release to formally announce the Static Analysis Results Interchange Format (SARIF) Technical Committee. We have targeted Tuesday, 10 Oct, for distribution.

*Recognition*
The subhead of the SARIF press release will feature Foundational- and Sponsor-level members in the TC:

CA Technologies, Cryptsoft, FireEye, GrammaTech, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Microsoft, New Context, Phantom, and Synopsys <plus any others who join as or upgrade to the Sponsor level by 9 Oct>

If you represent an organization above, and you do *not* wish to be included in the press release, please notify me.

If you represent a Contributor-level member, and you wish to be recognized and quoted in the SARIF TC press release, please contact me for information on changing your membership level to Sponsor. (The cost is prorated based on your renewal date.)

*Quotes*
Foundational and Sponsor members participating in the SARIF TC may submit a quote (75 words or fewer) in support of this work. Your quote will be included in the body of the press release. Please email quotes to me by Friday, 6 Oct. Be sure to include a name and title at your organization for attribution.
