Mike,
This is a follow-up to the discussion on today's call about the
value of the wiredByImpl attribute in the component type for a
composite implementation.

You are correct that the case I was describing on the call is an
error case.  Prior to the resolution of ASSEMBLY-136 this was legal,
but that resolution has changed the rules in this area.

Given this, I think the wording you have for this bullet is fine.
