TARGET: SCA Assembly Conformance Tests
DESCRIPTION:
The conformance tests attempt to perform negative testing at times
using composites contained in the General contribution that have
errors. It is valid for runtimes to enforce error checking on all
composites in a containing contribution when the latter is installed
in a domain as opposed to in a lazy fashion when a composite is
deployed. This will result in such runtimes always raising errors for
the General contribution as it is considered invalid.

PROPOSAL:
Restructure the tests to only contribute contributions containing
errors for negative testing. This will involve moving invalid
composites out of the General contribution and other contributions
that are required for mul
