Subject: RE: [sca-assembly] NEW ISSUE: CD05 schemas point to the old EJB Bindingschema

Folks,

I think that I must take responsibility for this mess-up.

I did not investigate the true status of ASSEMBLY 217 when I put it on the agenda for 9th March - I believed that it was new and so
posted it on the agenda in that guise.

As a result we Closed with No Action since the latest material already did what the proposal in the Issue asked for.

...not realizing that the material was in that state because of the previous resolution.

I think that we most appropriate thing to do is to amend the minutes for 9th March to remove the resolution as "CNA" and to
mark the JIRA correctly as Resolved from the 2nd February meeting.  We can do this on tomorrow's Assembly call as
part of approving the minutes for 9th March (and hence ask for approval of this course of action).

There is no work to do on the actual artifacts - they are all correctly following the resolution of 2nd February.

All,
a minor point, but I was checking the meeting minutes for some internal reports and came across a problem with the resolution of ASSEMBLY-217.

According to the minutes of 2010-02-02 the issue was opened and resolved with the changes proposed by Dave in the E-mail below. [2]

However, according to the minutes of 2010-03-09 and the JIRA entry it was a "New Issue" on that date and was closed with no action. [1],[3]

I can't recall exactly what happened on 2010-03-09 but it seems odd, given the issue, that nothing needed to be done. Maybe someone with a better memory can set things straight?

Best Regards,
                      Eric.
