[ASSEMBLY-159] Align Test Assertion Document with latest Draft AssemblySpec - First Instalment

Folks,

Here is the first instalment of the
proposal for ASSEMBLY-159.

This is the set of changes for the Test
Assertions document.  The updated version of the Test Assertions document

• No TAs relate to references with multiplicity 0..n
  ? no change proposed
• ASM-TA-6001, ASM-TA-6002, ASM-TA-6003 are no longer based on Normative statements but
  instead are based on definitional sections of the specification relating to Interface Compatibility.
  TAs are left in.
• ASM-TA-6021 modified and now relates to ASM60022
