The Java and Bindings TCs have added linkage
form the specs to the test suites.  Do we want to do the same?  If
so, we should make that change before voting a CSD and starting a public
review.

I can raise the appropriate issue if
so desired.

Folks, 

I've uploaded 2 new versions of the Assembly 1,1 spec

- WD071 contains the updates from the resolved issues 258, 260, 261, plus
some editorial cleaning, change marked 
- WD072 is a cleaned version of WD071 with all changes accepted

WD072 is ready for voting as the next CSD and we can then put that for
public review.
