OASIS OpenCSA site has broken links to old osoa site.

A colleague just pointed out that the http://www.oasis-opencsa.org/ site has broken links to the old osoa.org site.

From this page:
http://www.oasis-opencsa.org/sca

Following links to any of the listed specs will get you to a page that then itself has missing links. For example,

I wasn't sure about the best place to raise this issue, so I thought I'd raise it here.
