Hi Simon,

  I never saw the message below - when did you send
it? (header info wasn't included in the forward) - I'm occasionally missing
messages and trying to troubleshoot if I have an overactive filter set
somewhere ...

  I have it now - the one piece that seems to be
missing from the request is a link to the meeting minutes where the TC
voted to submit the specifications for public review.

The SCA Bindings TC have voted to publish cd03 of the three bindings specifications.
 The cd03 packages are as follows:

The TC has also resolved to proceed to public view for 60 days for these
committee drafts.  The following interested parties were identified
by the TC: 

For JCA binding:   JCP (spec lead for JCA)  mailing list: j2ee-connector-comments@sun.com
or jsr-112-comments@jcp.org
 although it looks like there has been no activity on this for a couple
of years. 
For JMS binding:  JCP (spec lead for JMS); I can't find any email
for this, and again it is some time since there was any activity here.
 IETF (JMS URI) I can't find an official mailing list for this, the
editors on the relevant specification are m8philli@uk.ibm.com,
peaston@progress.com,
derek.rokicki@softwareag.com,
eric@tibco.com
For WS binding:   W3C (web services activity mailing list) mailing
list: www-ws@w3.org
 or www-ws-arch@w3.org

I'd appreciate it if you could start this process, or let me know what
else I need to do to make this happen.
