DST/Summer time change

Please note that the TC call time is 8-9 *pacific* time.

The US changes over from DST to standard time (for the states/regions 
that do have DST) on 1st sunday in November. For 2009, this will happen 
on 1st November. EU, OTOH, changes from summer time to standard time on 
last sunday in October, i.e., for 2009, this will happen on 25th 
October. Therefore, there is one week in October when EU and US are an 
hour closer.

So, next week's meeting is at:

After that it is back to the usual till March DST change.
