Subject: NEW ISSUE: Make C++ conversational annotations consistent with Java

Title: Make C++ conversational annotations
consistent with Java
Target: C++ Client and Implementation Model/C++ Annotations
Description: Currently the conversational annotations for C++ are
(@Conversation and @EndConversation) are inconsistent with those of Java
(@Conversational, @ConversationAttributes, and @EndsConversation). We
should make them consistent. While it is unlikely that a programmer
will be working in both languages, this change would also ensure consistency
in the corresponding SCDL
Proposal: Change
@EndConversation to @EndsConversation, change @Conversation to @ConversationAttributes
and add @Conversational (which is an interface annotation).
