Invalid SCA Tag Library TLD in JEE specification

The SCA Tag Library TLD, described in
section 5.4.4 Using SCA References from JSPs,  is not compliant with
web-jsptaglibrary_2_1.xsd, this causes a SCA application that have dependencies
on this TLD to fail deployment in runtimes that enforce validation. The
complaints are basically around missing "rtexprvalue"
in "attribute" definition.

Is this known, or should I create a
new issue for this ?
