TARGET: Java Common Annotations and APIs, WD 04, section 8.16
DESCRIPTION: A remotable service SHOULD be translatable into a generally accepted standard for a service, such as WSDL 1.1 or WSDL 2.0
On lines 1556-1557, the sentence “A remotable service can be published externally as a service and must be translatable into a WSDL portType" implies support for WSDL 1.1 only.
PROPOSAL:
Replace the text with the following:
A remotable service can be published externally as a service and SHOULD be translatable into a generally accepted standard for a service, such as WSDL 1.1 or WSDL 2.0
