Thanks for the quick reply.

WRT docs that have already been uploaded at least once, is it correct to 
say that for the filenames:
we don't need to remove the 'spec' part from the file name but we do 
need to change 'cd' to 'csd' and '1.1' to 'v1.1'?
OR
we don't need to change anything in the filenames.

I do understand that the cover page has to say CSD and not CD for all 
specs (regardless of whether they have been uploaded at least once or not).
