Subject: NEW ISSUE: XPath expressions for intent/@constrains
TARGET: SCA Policy Framework
DESCRIPTION:
The policySet @appliesTo allows an XPath 1.0 expression to declare the SCDL
element that is configured by the policySet. Intents do not have this same
capability. This feature proposes that intents should have this same function.
