Policy TC status - Telecon cancelled Jun 28.

Hi Folks,

The current state of the TC is that we're basically done with the v1.1
work.  We're waiting for PR reviews and we're waiting for implementations
to get up to speed and pass the tests.

There is the v1.2 event work going on in Assembly, but that work is still
going through some growing pains and conceptual discussion.  Eventually, we
expect some policy related work to be handed to the Policy TC, but probably
not in the near future.

So unless something substantial happens, where substantial is defined as
one of:
1) new issue(s)
2) PR(s) complete
3) Some implementations pass the test suite

...then I think we don't have a reason for any calls.  Therefore, Ashok and
I have decided to let you know that it is very likely that calls will be
cancelled for the next several weeks.  We'll cancel calls towards the end
of the preceding week, so please pay attention to the cancellation notices.
