Hi David,

  I'm not sure where you got that template ;) The conformance section, for as long as it's been required, has been the last numbered section in the specification. All other existing sca-policy specifications are structured this way. There has been no change .

    ** 'Previous Version': Change to

    ** 'Latest Version': Change to

2. Please add a Conformance section as the last numbered chapter before the
Appendices.
