2) Recruitment:
Nothing to report - RD posted a document given the current status quo. RD/MD to arrange TC with Patrick

4) Specification Strawman:
RD walked through the annotations.
RL agreed to look at sort context set question.
Agreed CQL Context set should not be in the body. Open question whether appendix or seperate.
Need to remove references to "SRU" just to ensure we don't give the false impression that we aren't open to changes from other communities.
Take out authentication from body - either add as technote or non-normative appendix.
Would work over the next few weeks to polish the strawman to elecit comments from the larger community. Agreed to call it strawman with explanatory text as to intention.into footer.
   
5) Data Services Framework TC:  
SG gave overview and agreed to act as liaison with this work and e-government steering group
        
6) OpenURL and Holdings:
OpenURL covers the case of "find me the copy in my library" but gets confuses with more complex examples and people uses OpenURL as a simple transfer mechanisms (KB to summarise to list; others, e.g. AS to discuss on list)
Z39.50 has considered more complex search cases for filtering large holding lists
We need use cases (RD to talk to JG about progressing this)
	
7) AOB:
RL doesn't like Contextual Query Language - just call CQL for now but need to discuss with Rob Sanderson
SL raised question about encrypting queries - SOAP offers a solution but not for URL form. SL to formulate a use case to list.
