Title: XML DSIG binding

Colleagues - I suggest that there is one important binding missing from the list of bindings that will be addressed in the SAML standard ... an XML DSig binding.

This binding is required for the case where the Principal is authenticated by his or her persistent signature on a document. The binding would explain how to attach an assertion to a document that is signed in accordance with the XML DSig standard.
