Bill:

The purpose of the Security JC is for the five OASIS security TCs to
coordinate. I suspect that other TCs that have security issues should be
welcome to participate -- or even be invited to join, but that's up to
the rest of the JC. I will copy this to the JC list so that they know
about your interest, and let them decide how to proceed. The first
official meeting isn't until June but there's no reason to wait for then
to start discussing issues or concerns.
