TAB, JC:

Rather than wait for next week I'm going to go ahead and set up a
first program committee concall for 3:30-5:00 EDT on Friday, just
after the TAB meeting. We'll hope that whoever we select for the
committee will be able to make the meeting.

We have to move quickly.
