F2F #2: 18-19 April in Boston area

According to the Evite poll, the clear winner for F2F #2 is the Boston area 
again, 18-19 April.  So the next meeting will be in the same location at 
Sun in Burlington.  I will put up a meeting page soon.

A couple of people asked me why there was no west-coast option in the 
poll.  I have to apologize for not asking more formally whether additional 
people (particularly people on the west coast) could offer to host 
meetings.  I had offers from the NY, DC, and Boston contingents, so that's 
what I put in the poll.  Judging by one of the early polls I did, it does 
seem that we have a 2/3 east vs. 1/3 west leaning in the group, so by 
rights our third meeting should shift coasts.

Since my F2F #3 poll attracted no answers, we can start off fresh with 
this.  Do I have any offers to host the meeting in the west?  I'm a bit 
concerned about reaching quorum given our center of gravity, so we'll have 
to double-check with a poll once we get some offers, but I'm pretty sure it 
will work out.
