RE: Opportunity to submit paper to W3C web services workshop

Krishna, thanks for offering to do this.  I've requested an extension to 20 
March, and assuming it's granted, you should send your paper draft to this 
list ASAP so people can review it before our 20 March telecon.  We can make 
the go/no-go decision then.
