Attached, from the sstc archives, is a document used in past SAML
discussions on session management that we should take into account for 2.0
work in this area.

As requested during the sessions subgroup meeting, I've update the ITML
session management and made it into a dynamic sessions document.  Any and
all comments on session issues, documents etc. should have subject lines
prefixed with [session].  

I actually sent this originally on monday, but we had e-mail problems that
day so I guess the cookie monster ate my message.
