Co-Chair Election and Ballot Procedure

I am following up on my AI from the Feb 28th conference call. During the 
call I was directed by Mary McRae (OASIS
admin) to create this election announcement.

The minutes of the call show that we received the following nominations 
for Co-Char:

Hal Lockhart, BEA

The ballot is organized in the following way:

(1) It is a SECRET ballot and makes no use of Kavi.

(2) Only individuals who are SSTC voting members as of the end of the 
Feb 28th call are eligible(*).

(3) Votes are cast by sending an e-mail message to Mary 
(mary.mcrae@oasis-open.org). You should
indicate the name of the candidate you support in  the message body. You 
will receive an acknowledgement of your vote.
DO NOT REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL WITH YOUR CHOICE.


(4) The election closes on 6PM EST on March 8.
