Subject: SAML IPR statements have been revised to explicit "defensive suspension"
Please see the SSTC/SAML IPR page.. http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/security/ipr.php RSA, Fidelity, and Sun have all revised their IPR postures to be explicitly "defensive suspension", and RSA is no longer requiring actual license registration. Hopefully this makes it very clear that SAML is RF-no-RAND. Many THANKS to Rob Philpott (RSA), Patrick Harding (formerly Fidelity), Alex Popowycz (Fidelity), Eve Maler (Sun), and to our esteemed SSTC co-chairs and OASIS staff for getting this all put together!
