Hi Will,

Maybe I did not explain myself very well :). Everyone who dialled into
the US number could communicate with each other and everyone who dialled
into the UK number could hear each other. It was as if we have two
different rooms with the same number. We all had to dial in through the
same access number in order to communicate with each other.
