International dial-in numbers

I've updated the event notices to make it more clear:

(1) Contact me, or send an email to the list, requesting international 
calling codes. These cannot be sent on the publicly viewed and archived 
TC email list.

(2) I have codes for many countries; please indicate which country or 
countries you need to codes for.

(3) Dial in numbers etc do NOT change from meeting to meeting; if 
there's a change there will be plenty of notice.
