Thanks for a productive meeting.

I'll update the action items over the weekend.

On the draft outline, comments are open for another week, through 
Wednesday/Thursday 3/4 December 2008.

Please send comments to the list; text descriptions or marked up 
document draft are fine. I will remain as editor of this document.

After the body text is drafted, I find that a most productive way to 
deal with significant comments is to send the editor (me, in this case) 
a copy you modify with (in Word: Tools>Mark Changes While Editing>On 
Screen (your menus will vary); there's an equivalent in Open Office 
Writer under Edit>Changes>Show.

Please re-save the document in Word format, whichever means you select 
to modify.
