Reminder of comments due on specification; update of TC home page

Remember to email comments to the list before 11:45pm tonight, Friday, June 19, 2009 New York Time (mid-day East Asia time on June 20).

I've updated the TC home page; the public (http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=soa-eerp ) and members pages (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/soa-eerp/ )have the same information but the formatting is better on the public page.

I've added an announcement of Committee Draft 1 and the plans for Committee Draft 2, as well as links to the XML Issues List (how to post, list location).
