The uploaded meeting minutes are not correct.

There are errors in both of the recently submitted minutes that makes them not acceptable.

(1) August 5 the meeting adjourned when I left, and it made quorum for only two minutes. The proposed meeting minutes are incorrect and misleading. The meeting ended at 8:37 Beijing time. Alex Wang was not in attendance.

These are notes of an informal meeting which apparently continued for 30 minuters; attendance counts only for voting rules and no formal actions can take place.

(2) July 22 the attendance is also wrong. Alex Wang was not in attendance.

Remember that you must attend by telephone and answer at roll call to be in attendance.
