Bob (& Ken),

I converted the custom graphic for generic governance model in your new Sect 5.2.2 to its equivalent UML variant.  Ken, please confirm the named associations (& directions).  I don't think I got them all right.  For example, a few did not make sense to me (e.g., association between Regulations and Mediation).  Also check the arrow directions since no navigability was shown on the original free form diagram.

Once we get agreement on this, you can incorporate the updated diagram into the section.  Maybe Frank will take care of this.

The only other suggestion at this time is removal of "SOA" from the Sect 5.2 and 5.3 titles.  SOA is implied.

I won't be on the call tomorrow due to a training conflict.
