Subject: Term for physical realization of an abstraction
In the discussion yesterday, Frank was searching for a term that captures the physical realization of an abstraction. If I've understood the conversation correctly, two possibilities that occur to me are "realizability" and "reification." The latter is not in "ility" form but "reificability" is not a real word so I hesitate to make that suggestion. My preference is "reification" because "realizability" suggests a possibility, not an actuality. My 2p worth... Dan
