Advancing RM for SOA CS 1.0 to OASIS Standard.

Hello Ram:

During our regularly scheduled meeting today, we passed a motion to advance
our Committee Specification to an official OASIS Standard.  According to the
OASIS Policies and Procedures, the first step is to notify the admin contact
to set up a special majority vote for the TC to approve this.

The relevant text is as follows:

" Official motion:

 "The TC wishes to submit the current version 1.0 CS of the RM 4 SOA to
OASIS as a candidate for an OASIS standard.  The TC  would like to request
that the OASIS Administrative contact set up a special majority ballot ASAP
in order that the TC may  complete its submission by Aug 15 2006."

- Motion passed.

- Action for chair to prepare the final CS in preparation for submission.
Jamie noted to send a e-mail note addressed to TC-ADMIN
[tc-admin@oasis-open.org] and that will start the process rolling."

In the meantime, I will start gathering the rest of the items for the
submission.  We would like to be prepared to submit this to OASIS by August
15, 2006 so we require a speedy expedition of our request.
