Hi Duane,

I will advise the TC administrator to setup the ballot for special majority 
vote.

Once all the requirements in 
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php#3.4 of the
TC Process are met, we should be able to get the process for OASIS 
standardisation going.
