Hello, Rex.

I have been studying Rexâs contribution and he is completely right when he says that there are issues to address. I have devoted half of today to read the content to provide some initial feedback and I have not covered even  of the document yet.
Â
In any case, the important thing is Rex has made many important comments that will need further discussion to be addressed and agreed. For the moment, the most important thing that I have seen is that I think that our proposal for a semantic layer is compatible with the EDXL-ct concept of valueType and valueListURI, but this is something that we will need to check more carefully and explain in case it is true. And if it is not true, then probably it will be worth to study if we can make our proposal compatible with OASIS with a little change.
Â
As I say, I am analysing the whole contribution and hope to come back with my own response in the next days.
Â
Thank you very much Rex!
Â
Best regards

Hi Dario, Everyone,
Â
I have attached my first pass through the CWA 1 document. It turns that there was a lot to say, and I hope I got the OASIS topics covered . While I did the best I can, I am sure there will be feedback. I hope we can arrange it so that I can make a second pass through to address issues before the next meeting in early September.
Â
Thanks,
Rex BrooksÂ

Hello,
Â
Sorry I made a mistake reviewing the next deadlines. The real deadline for these contributions is 5/9, which actually corresponds to September 5th instead of August 5th. That is, you still have around 1 month more for delivering your contribution, and therefore you do not need to hurry to have it for tomorrow.
Â
Best regards

Hi Dario and everyone,
Â
I wanted to give you a status report. I'm currently working on Section 4.4.3. Section 4.4 through 4.5 does not appear to need much input from me/oasis. Section 4.5 needs some input from me/oasis. Section 4.6 does not appear to need input from me/oasis. Section5 appears to need significant input from me/oasis, but it is relatively short.
Â
I expect to be finished by tomorrow afternoon or early Thursday 4 2022. So I will make the deadline then if not sooner. Hopefully nothing will intervene.
Â
Best Regards,
Rex Brooks* * *Â
